A Tweed Ride is, among other things, a time to be sartorially splendid.  We gather for community, to enjoy our beautiful cities, and to appreciate the joys of cycling, all while adorned in our tweedy best. Some of the most popular pieces for these events 


Tweed Ride Huntsville was established in 2017. This ride was inspired by an amazing experience of the Dandies and Quaintrelles D.C. Tweed Ride, which in turn was inspired by the original Tweed Run in London, England.  In 2009, three hundred tweed clad cyclists took to

Bicycle Etiquette

Etiquette for Riding Bicycles in a Group Abide by the traffic laws.  Under Alabama Law, bicycles must follow the same rules as automobiles while on the street. Those behind you have reduced visibility.  Call out hazards (“Gravel!”, “Pothole!” “Speedbump!”, “Railroad Tracks!”…etc.) to those behind you.
